Ehliyet Cepte is an independent driving-license exam preparation app. We are not a government agency, and we do not represent, work for, or act on behalf of any government organization.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, and what choices you have. We wrote it in plain language so it is easier to understand.

## 1. Quick Summary

- We save your study progress so the app can show your results, favorites, streaks, and practice history.
- You can use the main study features without creating a named account.
- If you choose to sign in, we use your account information only to save or sync your app data.
- Free users may see ads. Premium users do not see ads while Premium is active.
- If you buy Premium, payment is handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We do not see your card details.
- We use trusted service providers, such as Google services and app stores, to run the app.
- We do not sell your personal data.
- You can request account and data deletion from the app or by contacting us.

## 2. Information We Collect

### Account Information

The app may create an anonymous app account so your progress can be saved. If you choose to sign in with a supported provider, we may receive basic account information such as your email address and display name.

### Study and App Information

We save information needed for the learning experience, such as:

- Questions you answer
- Practice and exam results
- Subject performance
- Favorites or bookmarks
- Traffic sign progress
- Daily streaks
- App settings and reminder preferences

Some information is saved on your device. If sync is available and enabled, some information may also be saved with our app service provider so it can be restored or used across sessions.

### Purchases

If you buy a subscription or another in-app product, payment is handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We may receive purchase status and receipt information needed to unlock Premium and keep your access active.

### Ads

We use Google AdMob to show ads to free users. Google may process information such as device information, advertising ID, approximate location, ad views, ad clicks, and ad performance data. Your device and Google settings may let you limit ad personalization.

Premium users do not see ads while Premium access is active.

### App Usage, Crash Reports, and Notifications

We may use app usage and crash information to understand what is working, fix bugs, and improve the app. This can include things like app screens used, app version, device type, language, region, and crash information.

If you enable reminders or push notifications, we use the information needed to send those reminders or app updates. You can turn notifications off in your device settings.

## 3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

- Provide study, exam, progress, and reminder features
- Save or sync your progress
- Verify purchases and manage Premium access
- Show ads to free users
- Send notifications you allow
- Fix bugs and improve the app
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized Premium access
- Meet legal, tax, store, or platform requirements

## 4. When We Share Information

We do not sell your personal data.

We share information only when needed to run the app, provide purchases or ads, keep the app reliable, or meet legal requirements.

- Synced progress is kept until you delete your account or ask us to delete it, unless limited records must be kept for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.
- Purchase records may be kept as needed to manage subscriptions, verify access, prevent fraud, or meet store, tax, accounting, or legal requirements.
- App usage and crash information are kept according to the settings and policies of our service providers.

Our service providers may process data in countries outside where you live.

## 6. Your Choices

You can:

- Delete your account from **Settings -> Hesabi sil** inside the app
- Contact us to request data deletion
- Turn off notifications in your device settings
- Reset or limit your advertising ID in your device settings
- Manage subscriptions in Google Play or Apple App Store account settings
- Contact us to ask for access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your data where those rights apply

## 7. Account and Data Deletion

You can delete your account from **Settings -> Hesabi sil** inside the app.

When account deletion is completed, the app is designed to:

- Delete server-side user data linked to your app account
- Delete your sign-in record
- Clear local progress and preferences on the device
- Cancel local scheduled reminders

Deleting the app from your device may remove local data, but it may not delete synced data or purchase records. Use the in-app deletion option or contact us if you want account deletion.

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Subscriptions are managed through Google Play or the Apple App Store.

## 8. Children's Privacy

Ehliyet Cepte is intended for driving-license candidates and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

If you believe a child has provided personal data to us, email **aesolutionsllc01@gmail.com** and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

## 9. Security

We use reasonable security measures to protect data. No app or online service can guarantee perfect security, but we work to keep your information protected.

## 10. Third-Party Links
